Overseas property investors wishing to tap into the holiday home market this year may be interested to hear that places out of the eurozone are the ones that will benefit in 2009.

This has been stated by travelsupermarket.com, which lists Turkey, Egypt and Bulgaria among the top ten value destinations for 2009 as many holidaymakers look for cheap holidaying spots.

People with holiday home investments in these destinations stand to benefit from demand for accommodation as the average number of holidays taken by Brits is predicted to increase this year, the website says.

"With the strength of the euro, destinations outside the eurozone are seeing huge growth," said travel expert Bob Atkinson. "Places such as Turkey, Bulgaria, Egypt and other North African countries are high on the holiday agenda for 2009."

Egypt, Dubai and Tunisia were recently named as the top three places to invest in the Middle East and Africa by overseas property portal Homesgofast.com.ADNFCR-1548-ID-18957676-ADNFCR
