Property investors lured by emerging markets
Romania
25th July 2008
Property investors are increasingly eyeing emerging markets in countries such as Bulgaria, Cape Verde and Egypt, it has been claimed.
The markets are reportedly attracting property investors keen to
find overseas property as many find a way round the hard economic times, according to reports in Property Wire.
The investors are taking into consideration various factors ranging from property location, budget, occupancy rates and rental yields before buying any property in these markets.
Among the investors are British first-time buyers who are increasingly moving into some of these emerging markets, such as Romania, which reports say has low property prices.
Investors are advised to look outside the capital Bucharest if they want to get their hands on a bargain.
However, budding investors have also been urged not to just rely on the marketing put up by developers but to ensure they do proper research before making any commitments.
