Holiday home acquisitions made easier

UK Property Investment

Two renowned companies in the UK have launched a joint effort to make it easier for British people to invest in their own holiday properties, according to Easier Property.

Award-winning property developer Midas Homes and self-catering holiday agency Blue Chip Vacations have initiated the project, whose main drive is to make it possible for individuals to generate more income by letting their properties as holiday homes.

Andy Addison, sales and marketing director for Midas Homes, said: "A holiday home is an investment that can pay for itself, give you a great place to stay when you want a holiday and it might even be the place you retire to.

"However the market for self catering holiday properties has changed dramatically over the last few years with holidaymakers now expecting high-end properties rather than a leaky cottage."

This is where the two companies come in offering "to let an established, well-located seaside property in excess of 30 weeks per year, and less well-situated properties around 20 to 25 weeks".

The companies promise to work with property investors offering support with property management, interior design or "just capitalising on their investment for them" thus making it easy for people to invest more.
